Malaysia Tour
Gather at Cochin International Airport and complete check-in and immigration formalities before boarding your flight to Kuala Lumpur, the vibrant capital of Malaysia. Upon arrival, complete immigration procedures and proceed towards the city. Begin your journey with a visit to Putrajaya, Malaysia’s beautifully planned administrative capital known for its modern architecture, wide boulevards, and scenic landscapes. Visit the impressive Putra Mosque with its stunning pink dome and elegant Islamic design. Continue with views of the Prime Minister’s Building and the National War Memorial area reflecting the country’s heritage and development. Later proceed to Kuala Lumpur, complete hotel check-in, and continue for an evening city experience covering KLCC area, Twin Towers photo stop, Saloma Bridge, and the spectacular water fountain show. Explore the limestone caves and admire the cultural atmosphere surrounding the temple complex. Continue towards Genting Highlands and enjoy a two way cable car ride offering breathtaking aerial views of the rainforest valleys and mountains. Visit Chin Swee Temple, beautifully located on the hillside and known for its peaceful surroundings and panoramic scenery. - A 5% Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is applicable on all international tour packages as per Indian Income Tax rules under Section 206C (1G), effective from October 1, 2020. Passengers without a valid PAN will be charged 10% TCS as per RBI guidelines.
- Expenses of a personal nature such as tips, laundry, phone calls, or meals not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any additional costs arising due to personal emergencies like illness, hospitalization, or accidents are not part of the tour package.
- Optional tours if any.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Additional Info
- Currency & Shopping - Malaysia uses the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and international cards are widely accepted in malls, hotels, and restaurants. Carry some local cash for small shops and local purchases. Kuala Lumpur is well known for shopping, chocolates, electronics, fashion brands, souvenirs, and modern retail experiences across the city.
- Travel Essentials - Carry valid travel documents, passport copies, and travel insurance throughout the journey. A universal travel adapter is recommended as Malaysia uses Type G plug points. Stay hydrated due to the tropical weather and respect local customs while visiting religious places including Batu Caves and temples during the tour.
Terms & Conditions
- Passengers below 12 years are considered children. Those aged 12 and above are treated as adults.
- Hotel check in is scheduled for 3:00 PM, with check out at 11:00 PM.
- Visa fees and both outbound and return flight tickets are non refundable, and penalties.
- Apply for any changes or cancellations once the flight ticket has been issued.
- Some cities have restrictions on coach parking near certain monuments, but the tour managerswill strive to drop travelers as close as possible to the destinations.
- The booking amount of 1,00,000/- will be non refundable in case of cancellation. Further cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy.
- In cases where external circumstances like flight cancellations, airport closure, delays, accidents,bad weather, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events lead to additional expenses, these will not be refunded.
- If a traveler who has been granted a visa cancels their trip because their co passenger’s visa was rejected, cancellation charges will still apply.
- The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case, the amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full,and no compensation claim will be entertained.
- Due to unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change, modify, or varythe tour itinerary. Compensation or claims for refund by passengers will not be entertained due to limitations or non availability of certain services like entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing,shopping, etc., even if included in the itinerary.
- For single passengers traveling, room sharing is subject to availability. If no other single passenger is available for sharing, a Single Supplement cost is applicable.
- The tour cost is based on prevailing rates at the time of quotation. Bestination Holidays reserves the right to modify tariffs in case of rate changes before departure.
- Tours generally depart from Kochi. Passengers boarding from other locations must cover additional expenses, including airfare differences and related costs.
- The company is not responsible for services provided by external agencies such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies, nor for any delays or deficiencies in their services.
- Hotel accommodation is based on twin sharing in standard rooms. A third bed is often a rollaway mattress in a twin bedded room. Facilities like air conditioning and heating are provided based on hotel policies and local conditions.
- Once airline seats are booked, they cannot be changed, and travelers must adhere to assigned seating.
- Any damage caused to hotel rooms or coaches during the stay must be paid by the passengers. Bestination Holidays will not be held responsible.
- No refunds for unused services like meals, sightseeing, or flight delays.
- If a tour package is canceled due to Force Majeure (e.g., a pandemic situation), the amount paid will be kept as customer credit (Credit Shell) for future tour bookings after deducting non recoverable expenses.
- Any disputes will be subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction.
- The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, or delaysthat occur during the tour.
- The company assists in visa documentation but is not responsible for visa approval or rejection.
- Any visa denial is at the discretion of the embassy, and no refunds will be provided for rejected visas.
- Airlines are responsible for overbooking of seats, meal quality, baggage loss, or group seat allotment, and Bestination Holidays bears no liability in such cases.
