The travel agency acts solely as a facilitator for visa applications and documentation. Submission of a visa application does not guarantee approval under any circumstance.

Embassy and Consulate Authority:
The Embassy or Consulate of the respective country reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject any visa application without providing any reason. The travel agency has no control or influence over such decisions.

Non-Refundable Fees:
All visa fees, service charges, and related processing costs are strictly non-refundable, including cases of visa rejection, delay, or withdrawal after submission. These charges are retained fully by the Embassy/Consulate and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Documentation and Accuracy:
Applicants must provide accurate, complete, and authentic documents. Any errors, omissions, or false information may result in rejection, for which the travel agency will not be held responsible.

Processing Time:
Visa processing duration is determined entirely by the Embassy/Consulate’s discretion. The travel agency bears no responsibility for delays, additional requirements, or policy changes during processing.
