  • Passengers below 12 years are considered children. Those aged 12 and above are treated as adults.
  • Hotel check in is scheduled for 3:00 PM, with check out at 11:00 PM.
  • Visa fees and both outbound and return flight tickets are non refundable, and penalties

  • Some cities have restrictions on coach parking near certain monuments, but the tour managerswill strive to drop travelers
    as close as possible to the destinations.
  • The booking amount of 1,00,000/- will be non refundable in case of cancellation. Further cancellation will be as per the
    cancellation policy.
  • In cases where external circumstances like flight cancellations, airport closure, delays, accidents,bad weather, medical
    emergencies, or other unforeseen events lead to additional expenses, these will not be refunded.
  • If a traveler who has been granted a visa cancels their trip because their co passenger’s visa was rejected, cancellation
    charges will still apply.
  • The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case,
    the amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full,and no compensation claim will be entertained.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change, modify, or varythe tour itinerary. Compensation
    or claims for refund by passengers will not be entertained due to limitations or non availability of certain services like entry
    tickets, restaurants, sightseeing,shopping, etc., even if included in the itinerary.
  • For single passengers traveling, room sharing is subject to availability. If no other single passenger is available for sharing, a
    Single Supplement cost is applicable.
  • The tour cost is based on prevailing rates at the time of quotation. Bestination Holidays reserves the right to modify tariffs in
    case of rate changes before departure.
  • Tours generally depart from Kochi. Passengers boarding from other locations must cover additional expenses, including airfare
    differences and related costs.
  • The company is not responsible for services provided by external agencies such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies,
    nor for any delays or deficiencies in their services.
  • Hotel accommodation is based on twin sharing in standard rooms. A third bed is often a rollaway mattress in a twin bedded
    room. Facilities like air conditioning and heating are provided based on hotel policies and local conditions.
  • Once airline seats are booked, they cannot be changed, and travelers must adhere to assigned seating.
  • Any damage caused to hotel rooms or coaches during the stay must be paid by the passengers. Bestination Holidays will not be
    held responsible.
  • No refunds for unused services like meals, sightseeing, or flight delays.
  • If a tour package is canceled due to Force Majeure (e.g.,a pandemic situation), the amount paid will be kept as customer credit
    (Credit Shell) for future tour bookings after deducting non recoverable expenses.
  • Any disputes will be subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction.
  • The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, death, natural calamity, or delaysthat occur during the tour.
  • The company assists in visa documentation but is not responsible for visa approval or rejection.
  • Any visa denial is at the discretion of the embassy, and no refunds will be provided for rejected visas.
  • Airlines are responsible for overbooking of seats, meal quality, baggage loss, or group seat
    allotment, and Bestination Holidays bears no liability in such cases.
