Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent by email. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive the written request.

Domestic Tours

• 45 days or more before departure: Free cancellation, subject to actual supplier charges.
• 44-31 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
• 30 days to departure / No Show: 100% of the total package cost.

International Tours

A ₹1,00,000 per person booking deposit is non-refundable. Additional cancellation charges may apply depending on visa processing, flight tickets, hotels, cruises, land arrangements, and supplier cancellation policies.

Important Refund Conditions

• Visa fees are non-refundable.
• Flight and rail cancellations are subject to the respective airline/railway rules.
• Service, processing, and payment gateway charges are non- refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after receiving the refund from the concerned suppliers.
• Refund processing may take 15 to 30 working days.

Force Majeure

In situations such as pandemics, natural disasters, war, border closures, or government imposed travel restrictions, refunds will depend on the amount recovered from suppliers.

Where applicable, a future travel credit/credit shell may be offered instead of a cash refund. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the specific tour, supplier conditions, and services booked.
