Bestination Holidays: Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted only through official email communication. Cancellation charges shall be effective from the date on which the written cancellation request is received.

Domestic Tours Cancellation

  • 45 days or more before departure – Free cancellation (excluding actual supplier charges)
  • 44 to 31 days before departure – 50% of total package cost
  • 30 to 0 days before departure / No Show – 100% of total package cost

International Tours Cancellation

Booking deposit of ₹1,00,000/- per person is non-refundable.
Further cancellation charges shall apply based on:

  • visa processing stage,
  • airline issuance,
  • hotel retention,
  • cruise/land arrangement penalties,
  • supplier cancellation slabs.

General Refund Conditions

  • Visa fees are non-refundable.
  • Flight / Rail cancellation shall be as per actual airline/railway rules.
  • Service charges, processing fees, and bank gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed only after receipt from concerned suppliers.
  • Refund processing may take 15 to 30 working days.

Force Majeure Refunds

In case of pandemic, natural calamity, border closure, war, or government travel restrictions, refund shall be subject to actual recoveries from suppliers or may be issued as future travel credit/credit shell.
