Ms. Jeena Fernandez is a dynamic entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Bestination Holidays Pvt. Ltd., one of Kerala’s emerging leisure travel companies. With over 25 years of rich experience in the travel industry, she has built a reputation for delivering trusted, personalized, and memorable travel experiences. Her journey began in 2002 when she led her very first international group tour to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, an experience that marked the beginning of her inspiring career in tourism. Over the years, Ms. Jeena has travelled to more than 78 countries, gaining extensive global exposure and deep insights into international travel, cultures, and customer expectations. This vast experience enabled her to establish Bestination Holidays in 2023 with a vision to redefine leisure travel through quality, comfort, and meaningful journeys.

A strong pillar in her entrepreneurial success has been the unwavering support of her husband, Mr. Shaibin Mathew Varghese, who stands beside her as a trusted partner in both life and business. Honored with prestigious recognitions such as the Sthree Shakthi Award and Bharath Iconic Award, Ms. Jeena is admired for her resilience, leadership, and commitment to empowering women, making her a true inspiration in the tourism industry.

Mr. Shaibin Varghese Mathew

Mr. Shaibin Varghese Mathew is the Founder & Managing Director of Bestination Holidays Pvt. Ltd. and a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in the automobile industry. Having worked with globally renowned luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar Land Rover, he brings exceptional technical expertise, strategic leadership, and strong operational insight to the organization. He holds a Master’s Degree in Automobile Engineering and completed his schooling at St. Joseph’s Boys’ Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, later pursuing higher education in Coimbatore. Driven by a shared passion for travel and entrepreneurship, Mr. Shaibin co-founded Bestination Holidays along with his wife, Ms. Jeena Fernandez. With a customer centric approach and innovative vision, he has played a key role in building the company into a trusted travel brand known for safe, personalized, and well curated holiday experiences.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Shaibin is a strong advocate of women empowerment and entrepreneurial growth. A passionate traveller, wildlife enthusiast, and automobile lover, he continuously draws inspiration from global cultures and experiences, helping steer Bestination Holidays toward new milestones while upholding its values of integrity, excellence, and personalized service.

Ms. Jeena Fernandez, the visionary founder of Bestination Holidays, brings 26 years of expertise and a passion for travel, having explored over 60+ countries and led numerous journeys, including frequent tours to the United States since 2008. A trailblazer from Kerala, Jeena’s customer, first approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence shape the essence of the company’s transformative travel experiences. Believing in the power of travel to inspire and create positive change, she leads Bestination Holidays as more than a travel company, it's a gateway to extraordinary adventures and personal growth.
