Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable holiday solutions.
- Design and customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle FIT and MICE travel inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the travel journey.
- Stay updated with destinations, travel trends, and industry developments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Experience in handling FIT and/or MICE travel segments.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to create detailed itineraries and travel proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel related systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and a passion for travel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
